March has been a particularly busy month this year on the Club-306 forum. Just some of the things we have been up to include adding 3 new features to the forum, as well as launching some new competitions and organising more regional events.

Regional Events

The car show season is fast approaching with the first event of the year planned for Saturday 24th April is the Performance Action Day held at Castle Combe Circuit in Wiltshire. This annual Club-306 outing is always good fun whatever the weather and 2010 should be no different with the return of the snack shack and much more. Over the past two years our appearances at Castle Combe have been included in magazine editorials, you never know...maybe it'll happen again this year!

Also in the pipeline are two regional rolling road days, one in the North and one in the South. If you're able to make it to these regional events then please do, you don't need to put your car on the rollers just turn up and meet some of your fellow members and have a great day out. For those who do want power runs get your names down soon as in most cases the more cars we can get signed up the lower the price is for everyone. Those links again for you, in the North OR in the South - take a look soon!

In the not too distant future we'll also be attending French Car Show in Rockingham. If you can only make 1 car show this year, make sure it's this one! We get together to go camping the night before and head back to the camp site after the show. It's a weekend for both the newbies of the forum and the veterans, don't be afraid! Events Team - We Have an Opening for you to help out!
All these regional events would not be possible if not for the organisational skills of the events team. As the UK is a pretty big place we know that finding an event in your region can be difficult, which is why we are now looking to take on some new members to join the events team. If you want to make a difference and promote Club-306 events at a regional and national level then let us know. You don't need previous experience, just a bit of common sense. Forum Changes
Earlier in the month we announced the launch of our new forum theme for mobile phone browsers. The feedback has been fantastic and the new mobile-friendly forum has allowed members to keep up-to-date with the latest posts while out and about. Simply browse to www.club-306.com/forum on your mobile phone web browser and see what all the fuss is about.

Another feature rolled out this month is the downloads section, where Club-306 members can currently access a select number of Peugeot 306 brochures from the past. Future uses of this area will include downloadable Club-306 desktop wallpapers and screen savers in the not so distant future.

We have also added a new Gallery section and the all new blogs section, which we hope members will use to track their projects in a diary format so that more people can find out who's trying what and keep track of their progress along the way.

New Forum Boards Layout
As part of the continuous improvements here at Club-306 we will have taken on-board some feedback about the board structure and revamped the layout in the forum. We hope that our new streamlined look will help you find information quicker and make things more obvious when you need to post a new topic.
