Can anyone tell me the correct interval to have the cam belt changed on a 1999 306 2.0l hdi? Mine has done 76k and is nearly 9 years old. Some people tell me 100k is when they should be changed but i think this is a long time. I'm going to get the whole kit and water pump done at the same time.

Oh and also anyone got any experience of running these engines on bio diesel???

I would change them at half the manufacturer interval, so 36k for an XUD, and it its specified at 90k for the HDi then 45k.

Depends what you mean about Bio-diesel, HDI's dont like veg oil.
