We construct our exhaust systems using free-flow silencers, and optimise the bore size to your particular car. This means that your engine will breathe better than with a standard exhaust, often giving noticeable improvements in the performance and responsiveness of your car.

We design your exhaust to give you the sound that you want – anywhere from quiet, through a Mid-Sport growl, or to a Full Sport roar!

Stainless-Steel 'Cat-back' Full Systems

Full systems are classified as from the rear end of the catalytic converter back to the tailpipe. The price quoted includes custom fitting in a fully equipped Longlife centre and a choice of tailpipe designs up to 2.5". Larger tailpipes or special finishes will be chargable at an additional cost. If you require a new catalyst or catalyst replacement pipe this can be provided, usually at a discount but full Club-306 discount will not apply to additional parts or services. Exhaust systems can be audibly tuned for quiet, mild-sport, mid-sport or full-sport sound.

Stainless-Steel 'Turbo-back' Full Diesel Systems

Turbo back systems are available by special request for mechanical turbo diesel cars. The diesel particulate filter is removed for a completely free-flowing exhasut system. The price quoted below is for mechanical and HDi turbo-diesel models, however removal of the particulate filter on HDi's is not always possible. The price quoted includes custom fitting in a fully equipped Longlife centre and a choice of tailpipe designs up to 2.5". Larger tailpipes or special finishes will be chargable at an additional cost.Exhaust systems can be audibly tuned for quiet, mild-sport, mid-sport or full-sport sound.

Stainless-Steel Sports Backbox

Sports backboxes are classified as a replacement for the original backbox and the fitting to the intermediate pipe section. The price quoted includes custom fitting in a fully equipped Longlife centre and a choice of tailpipe designs up to 2.5". Larger tailpipes or special finishes will be chargable at an additional cost. Exhaust systems can be audibly tuned for quiet, mild-sport, mid-sport or full-sport sound. Club-306 prices for sports backboxes are not discounted.

How To Claim

All Longlife systems are custom fit to your car in Longlife approved specially equipped workshops. To book an appointment at your local branch you will need to call the Longlife head office on 029 2047 3131. The Club-306 contact at Longlife is Lisa. You will need to mention at the time of booking that you are a Club-306 member to receive your discount. Please note that Club-306 discount will only apply to 'cat-back' full systems and does not apply to sports backboxes.
